Grafta is a free health-tracking web application designed for kidney transplant recipients. It helps you log medications, vitals, and lab results in a Google Sheets spreadsheet stored in your own Google Drive.
Grafta is a logging and tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always follow your transplant team's instructions. Never change your medication regimen based on information displayed in this app without consulting your doctor.
You must be at least 16 years old and have a Google account to use Grafta. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Grafta is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Since your data lives in your Google Drive, you will not lose it even if Grafta stops operating.
The Grafta application, its design, code, and branding are owned by PINE LINES SRL. You may use the app for personal purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Grafta relies on the following third-party services:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
You can stop using Grafta at any time by simply not visiting the site. We reserve the right to restrict access if you violate these terms. In either case, your data in Google Drive remains yours.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of Grafta after changes constitutes acceptance.

Grafta este o aplicatie web gratuita de monitorizare a sanatatii, conceputa pentru beneficiarii de transplant renal. Te ajuta sa inregistrezi medicamentele, semnele vitale si rezultatele analizelor intr-un fisier Google Sheets stocat in propriul tau Google Drive.
Grafta este un instrument de inregistrare si monitorizare. Nu este un dispozitiv medical si nu ofera sfaturi medicale, diagnostice sau recomandari de tratament. Urmeaza intotdeauna instructiunile echipei de transplant. Nu modifica niciodata schema de medicatie pe baza informatiilor afisate in aceasta aplicatie fara a consulta medicul.
Trebuie sa ai cel putin 16 ani si un cont Google pentru a utiliza Grafta. Prin utilizarea aplicatiei, confirmi ca indeplinesti aceste cerinte.
Te angajezi sa nu:
Grafta este furnizat „asa cum este." Facem tot posibilul sa il mentin functional, dar nu putem garanta disponibilitate neintrerupta. Putem actualiza, modifica sau intrerupe functionalitati in orice moment. Deoarece datele tale se afla in Google Drive, nu le vei pierde chiar daca Grafta inceteaza sa functioneze.
Aplicatia Grafta, designul, codul si brandul sunt detinute de PINE LINES SRL. Poti utiliza aplicatia in scopuri personale. Nu poti copia, redistribui sau crea lucrari derivate din aplicatie fara permisiune.
In masura maxima permisa de lege:
Nimic din acesti termeni nu exclude raspunderea pentru frauda, neglijenta grava sau orice raspundere care nu poate fi exclusa conform legii aplicabile.
Grafta se bazeaza pe urmatoarele servicii terte:
Utilizarea acestor servicii este supusa termenilor si politicilor lor de confidentialitate. Nu suntem responsabili pentru intreruperile sau modificarile serviciilor terte.
Poti inceta sa folosesti Grafta oricand, pur si simplu nemaiaccesand site-ul. Ne rezervam dreptul de a restrictiona accesul daca incalci acesti termeni. In ambele cazuri, datele tale din Google Drive raman ale tale.
Acesti termeni sunt guvernati de legislatia romana. Litigiile vor fi solutionate de instantele competente din Cluj-Napoca, Romania, cu exceptia cazului in care legislatia obligatorie de protectie a consumatorilor din tara ta de resedinta prevede altfel.
Putem actualiza acesti termeni. Data „ultima actualizare" de sus va reflecta ultima revizie. Continuarea utilizarii Grafta dupa modificari constituie acceptarea acestora.

A Grafta egy ingyenes egeszsegkovetest szolgalo webalkalmazas, amelyet vesetranszplantalt paciensek szamara terveztek. Segit a gyogyszerek, letjelek es laboreredmenyek rogzitesében egy Google Sheets tablazatban, amely a sajat Google Drive-odban tarolodik.
A Grafta egy nyilvantartasi es kovetesi eszkoz. Nem orvosi eszkoz, es nem nyujt orvosi tanacsot, diagnozist vagy kezelesi javaslatokat. Mindig kovesd a transzplantacios csapatod utasitasait. Soha ne valtoztasd meg a gyogyszerezesi rendedet az alkalmazasban megjelentetett informaciok alapjan orvosi konzultacio nelkul.
A Grafta hasznalatahoz legalabb 16 evesnek kell lenned es Google-fiokkal kell rendelkezned. Az alkalmazas hasznalataval megerosited, hogy megfelelsz ezeknek a kovetelményeknek.
Beleegyezel, hogy nem:
A Grafta „ahogy van" alapon kerul biztositasra. Mindent megteszunk, hogy mukodjon, de nem tudjuk garantalni a megszakitas nelkuli elerhetoseget. Barmikoer frissithetunk, modosithatunk vagy megszuntethetunk funkciokat. Mivel az adataid a Google Drive-ban vannak, nem veszited el oket meg akkor sem, ha a Grafta megszunik mukodni.
A Grafta alkalmazas, annak dizajnja, kodja es markajelzese a PINE LINES SRL tulajdona. Az alkalmazast szemelyes celokra hasznalhatod. Nem masolhatod, terjesztheted vagy keszithetsz belole szarmaztatott munkakat engedly nelkul.
A torveny altal megengedett legteljesebb mertekben:
Ezen feltetelek semmilyen modon nem zarjak ki a felelossgeget csalas, sulyos gondatlansag vagy barmely olyan felelosseg eseten, amely a vonatkozo jog szerint nem zarhato ki.
A Grafta a kovetkezo harmadik felu szolgaltatasokra tamaszkodik:
Ezen szolgaltatasok hasznalata az adott szolgaltatas felteteleire es adatvedelmi szabalyzatara vonatkozik. Nem vagyunk felelosek a harmadik felu szolgaltatasok kimaradasaiért vagy valtozasaiért.
Barmikoer abbahagyhatod a Grafta hasznalatat, egyszeruen nem latogatva az oldalt. Fenntartjuk a jogot a hozzaferes korlatozasara, ha megszegéd ezeket a felteteleket. Mindket esetben a Google Drive-ban levo adataid a tieid maradnak.
Ezekre a feltetelekre a roman jog az iranyadó. A vitakat a kolozsvari (Cluj-Napoca) illetékes birosagok rendzik, kivéve, ha a lakohely szerinti orszag kotelezö fogyasztovedelmi jogszabalyai maaskepp rendelkeznek.
Frissithetjuk ezeket a felteteleket. A felul lathato „utolso frissites" datum az utolso modositast tukrozi. A Grafta modositasok utani tovabb hasznalata az elfogadast jelenti.
